    Never forget that the location was originally called the 6 Grandfathers and was granted to the Lakota in the Treaty of Fort Laramie.

    The 6 Grandfathers were the North, South, East, West, Sky, and Earth.

    Then gold was discovered on the land and the rest is history.

        Lmao the last part about the rubble was the most disappointing thing about seeing it in person.

        Even with modern technology it’s still there. It’s like they are trying to compete with the Crazy Horse monument on being the most incomplete.
