    Not really a question, but yeah, I’ve noticed this too. I was wondering if it was a federation issue.

      call me a wierdo, but I kinda like this. I get a “deleted by creator” message, but I can still read it. It’s like “dang I was late, what did they want tho?”

        I don’t mind as long as it’s communicated to the user more clearly. Nothing’s ever really deleted on the internet anyway.

        If the user wants to delete a comment, that should be respected. Even though it can satiate curiosity, it also removes peoples ability to rescind comments they may change their mind about later.

        This is certainly functionality that should not be kept.

    It didn’t works because of federation issue i believe, since you’re from lemm.ee and they have that issue after updated to 0.19 that only got resolved now iinm.

    That’s a good test if your federation is working, but if federation isn’t working your edit won’t propagate either.
