These motherfuckers reality is built upon the idea that belief is something more than an opinion, belief is a powerful force that can bend god’s power to their will, there’s a verse in the Bible somewhere I don’t give enough of a shit to look up the exact location of that says something akin to “if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can move mountains”. The cornerstone of most of these people’s lives is that belief in the divinity of an entity that might have existed 2000 years ago in the Middle East has the power to bend the will of their omnipotent and self described jealous deity who demanded blood sacrifice into an all forgiving, compassionate, and wise creator of all things. They live in a dangerous fantasy

It’s not as you say; it’s more of a comparison between faith and a mustard seed. It refers to the fact that from a mustard seed, which is the smallest seed there is(?), a very large tree is born. So, faith is like a very small seed from which something very big grows. What you’re referring to is another passage that mentions ‘faith can move mountains.’ I believe it’s not meant to be taken literally but figuratively, meaning that if someone has a lot of faith, they can do things what seem impossible.

      Good luck ✌️✌️

I am neither a botanist nor a theologist but in my experience mustard seeds are relatively large and mustard plants are relatively small.

In the Bible, mustard seeds are mentioned in parables that illustrate spiritual lessons. Here are some relevant verses:

          1. Matthew 13:31-32 (KJV):

            • Jesus said: “The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.”
          2. Luke 13:18-19 (KJV):

            • Jesus also compared the kingdom of God to a mustard seed: “It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.”

These parables highlight how something small can grow and have a significant impact, symbolizing faith and spiritual growth. The mustard seed grows into a sturdy tree, providing shelter for the birds, just as our faith can grow and bear fruit in our lives. 🌱🌿

It was about the heaven and not about faith, AI generated reply BTW.
