Does having an AirBNB setup make someone deserving of the guillotine or does that only apply to owners of multiple houses? What about apartments?

Please explain your reasoning as well.

    Institutional investors should not be permitted to buy residencial properties.

    (Well, I would say that they should not be permitted to exists, but we are not there yet.)
