Yep, we were down. A backend system fell over and took down everything. It happened when we were asleep of course :)

I started my photography journey with an Oly. And I always loved them. But lenses were hard to get in Australia, so I moved away from them eventually. Nothing else has ever felt like “home” though, but now, with the availability of lenses, and the sheer amazingness that is the OM-1, it was time to come home :)

The majority of surgeons do pore scraping to remove any hairs left over. As my surgeon said to me, he can do hair removal during the surgery, but he doesn’t want to be doing hours and hours of hair removal, so he wanted me to get rid of as much as possible before hand.

Laser is MUCH MUCH faster than electrolysis. The issue is that it’s not 100% effective. A small amount of hairs will always grow back.

Yeah, mine changed, but how much of it was change, and how much of it was getting out of the closet is something I will never know. I know that in hindsight I wish I’d had experiences as a gay man before I came out as trans, so that I could have experienced positive queer relationships with men. Instead, I only dated women pre transition, and they could always tell that something wasn’t right… My attraction wasn’t quite there…

After much self exploration, I came to understand that I am panromantic, and predominantly heterosexual, however my dating preference is basically “If you’re not openly queer, I’m not interested”.

It was never really a thing in my experience.

Got my parkrun time under 30 minutes again, for the first time in 4 years. That was a good feeling

Folk is a gender neutral alternative to guys/girls etc. It’s used where you might use a term like that, not where you’d use “people”
