minus-squaremelroy@kbin.melroy.orglinkfedilinkarrow-up2·6 months agoTry Linux Mint with XFCE. I don’t see this RAM usage issue at all. I have Firefox open with several other apps in the background again running XFCE with Linux Mint (Based on Ubuntu), it’s using 1.9GB RAM total (thus below the 2GB).
