      Well this is just a shitpost. The mods don’t really care if you don’t say “rule,” but a lot of people think it’s required. I’m just messing around

      Originally, the only rule was to post before you leave, so if someone accidentally clicked the subreddit, they would usually just pick a random meme and title it rule because its liw effort

      If I’m remembering correctly, the mods even made a stickied post a while back saying, “um, you don’t have to keep saying ‘rule.’”
