It’s pretty much baguette bread and the toppings are applied inside before the dog goes in. In Sweden they’re called “french hot dog” and I’m pretty sure they’re all over Europe in some form.

Hot relish sounds not so great and jalapeno coins would probably turn to paste. I would love to try it with chili and cheese though
