    I’d be more worried about the strength of my passwords if the companies themselves weren’t the ones getting hacked, and then you find out they’re storing everyone’s passwords unencrypted.

    honestly my opinion of this depends on the site.

    Honestly I don’t care how strong my password is on most sites, as long as it won’t cause monetary loss the only inconvenience is losing the account if its hacked, I can just make another.

    What does drive me insane is sites that are worthless but have fort Knox level cybersec. You don’t need rolling passwords, it’s concidered unessicary by NIST and your forum I promise doesn’t need that level security regardless.

    even worse is the fact that some websites don’t even let you make good passwords - just this morning I made an account that only let you use letters in your password (granted it was an app for a washing machine, but still)
