(Most) humans love having sex. Sex is widely considered to be very good and enjoyable. So the fact that birth rates are declining says a lot about the state of the world.
It’s possible to have sex and still not have kids…
I think the point is that incentivizing people to have more sex isn’t the answer to a declining birth rate.
