Once when driving through Pakistan, I stopped at Ghotki, the last town in Sindh before Punjab, and home of a major Engro Chemicals plant. Shahzada (translates to Prince) Dawood, heir of Dawood Hercules, and VC of their subsidiary Engro Corp was on the Titan.
Let me tell you the absolute desolation and squalor in Ghotki and the surrounding area and the world of difference in the gated community is dizzying. Like you go from stick think barefoot kids running around with tires propelled by sticks with garbage burning in the unpaved street to brick paved streets with kids racing electric scooters munching on KFC which doesn’t even charge the residents of the community but is payed for by the company.

Their website leaves a lot of unanswered questions for potential customers, though. For example, am I guaranteed a quick, painless death or will I suffer? How much warning is there before the collapse? During the descent, how long will it take for the interior to smell like “I’m about to die” farts?
