More like “History will remember the shame of Mitch McConnell doing almost everything he did.”

Yeah, sucking up to Trump might be the least shameful thing he has done as those are just words. Less shameful than voting against his impeachment conviction and then whining that someone shoud do something about it.

More like “history will remember the shame of republicans.” But only if they fail their takeover of everything because they’ll rewrite history books in schools if they do.

They’ve already been trying to teach an alternate version of history in schools.

For fucks sake, stop trying to make Liz Cheney sound rational.

She’s just mad trump stopped her pulling a GW and doing the same fucked up shit her daddy did.

Liz Cheney would do all the horrible shit trump did, she’d just be better at hiding the reasons and thusly wouldn’t be held accountable.

That’s the morbidly hilarious part about Trump. He would probably have gotten away with everything, if he had simply learned the art of shutting the fuck up.

It’s what I hate about people acting like trump is as worse as it can get it.

        The guys a fucking idiot.

But every single republican (and unfortunately a non negligible amount of Dem) politicians want the same shit.

They just know which parts to whisper and which to shout.

When the day finally comes when trump is no longer the Republican nominee, the next one will likely be worse. Even if they don’t want worse things, they’ll be better at accomplishing the same goals trump had.

And the same people that fund trump will fund the next one too.

This ain’t a short term problem, it’s been going on for decades and will continue to do so if we keep fighting them the same way

That’s like Trump’s monkey paw wish. If he shut up, he wouldn’t have won to begin with. It’s his strongest and weakest trait politically.

Actually, after the Eugenics Wars, much of the history of this time period is lost, which is, of course, why Captain Lorca of the USS Discovery mistakenly refered to Elon Musk while listing aerospace pioneers like the Wright Brothers and Zefram Cochrane

Honestly when I watched it (shortly before s5 came out so pretty recently), I took that as a good character moment. This man, who is terrible, is actively looking up to a terrible man.

Honestly him saying Elon Musk as an inspiration was a bit of a spoiler since it made me think he was evil.

History will be erased and supplanted with a Rubepublican version this November. Way too many people are supporting the Mandate For Leadership. I have had more people turn back onto it after showing them that than those that have been turned away. Its fucken scary out here. People actually want that shit.
