Cartoon Network Studios has greenlit a new 'Adventure Time' prequel series and is developing a film and preschool show set in the Land of Ooo.

    Feels very late. I’m sure it’ll do well regardless but it feels weird that they’re finally making a movie that many years after the main show ended.

      They had a miniseries and another full season of a show that continues the story since then too. It’s all worth it imo. Especially if you want a little more Ron Perlman as the Lich.

    I feel like the lore and episodes building off one another was what made it so great. Granted I’m not the target audience for the new TV series but it seems like a step backwards.
