Can someone else confirm this behaviour? It doesn’t let you even confirm the delete, just does nothing. PS. Not a troll to get people to delete their accounts. You have to enter you password after clicking delete!

Are you using a browser? Which one? And desktop or mobile?
I had issues signing up to any Lemmy instance with Firefox mobile but it just worked on Firefox desktop.
