Gonna raise a practical consideration here and point out that almost nobody knows who that second name is. Not everybody is 2,000 yards deep in the Linus Cinematic Universe. For the record I wish this person the best and liked most of the content featuring said person.
You’re correct that that’s something to be considered, and there are different approaches to that that can be debated, but just keeping on using the deadname without recognizing the new name at all is not a solution. You also wouldn’t keep referring to newly wed people by their old last name just because nobody yet knows their new name.
Edit: also, your repeated use of “this person” in your comment has transphobic vibes to it. In this comment thread nobody is going to be confused anymore who Emily is, so there is literally no reason to not just use her name. Makes it seem like you’re just trying to avoid using her name for some reason.
She has come out as a transgender woman recently and changed her name to Emily. I don’t think there has been a lot in terms of official communication around this, but I guess this video from her personal channel sums it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-owBhLGaH4
