“A triple triple” would be “triple, triple, triple”.

“Triple triple” without a preceding article is ambiguous and could be lots of things.

“Triple triple triple” could similarly be lots of things.

Punctuation is important.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
