Well, that’s not totally true, it’s probably some unholy amalgamation of indifference, greed, belief in free market liberalism, and stupidity

Or, in case you’re Biden, you need to be an 81 year old who graduated 76th in a class of 85 students at a time before the moon landing or first space station, and who has never held a real job (aside from a less than two year period).
