He’s not Hitler, Godzilla or the Beast of the Apocalypse—just a guy with a loud mouth and a desperate need for attention. Most Americans think of him that way.

Let’s not assume he’s “only” a politician since he incited an insurrection directly against the most salient Democratic process in the country, committed electoral fraud, declared ethnic bans, and had expressed admiration for dictators and explicitly has stated his intention to be a dictator.

The judge is wrong. A civil trial cannot determine a criminal crime. Sounds like when this is appealed, this is a good ground to have the case overturned.
