Stuart Seldowitz, who worked on the National Security Council South Asia Directorate under President Barack Obama, was filmed accusing a New York City food truck vendor of being a “terrorist.”
Whether he was a bigot before or just now, my point is that he’s a nobody now. Clutching pearls over this guy, when there’s awful people right now who are making laws and running for various offices, seems like a waste of energy.
Because I’ve never heard of him. As far as I’m concerned, he’s some bigoted idiot. Why waste time reporting on this nobody?
I dunno. Maybe it’s in the public’s interest to know what kind of people are being hired for the government that’s supposed to be representing them?
He’s not, though, unless I’ve stepped into a time warp. He’s just some schmuck, now. This is like celebrity gossip.
He didn’t just suddenly become like this once he left his government job.
