Just joined lemmy last night. (Now it’s morning where I am from). Already commented 3-4 times. On reddit I used to comment once probably in a couple of weeks. It’s probably because it’s something very new and interesting. Also I am finding that people around seem nicer in a way maybe?
I’ve felt the same but on Bluesky the last few days, for the exact same reasons. Was on kbin and not really enjoying it, but coming to here and hoping it takes off! Excited to be wanting to interact and post versus just lurk because of toxic communities
Seriously I am enjoying that people are interacting when I am commenting. It’s probably because users/content here is less compared to reddit. Anyway, just enjoying interacting with people and exploring how lemmy works.
