just need something to do light development (docker, python, rust, with an ide). something i can upgrade (ram, ssd minimum). laptop would best, but desktop works too

    You can get some really good deals on refurbished equipment. Every time you hear about a tech company doing layoffs, there’s a chance that a bunch of used computers are about to go on the market. Sometimes you can buy them by the pallet.
