You will probably hear a lot of hate about Manjaro but I absolutely love it. I have an AMD/nvidia laptop (possibly one of the worst combinations to have according to legend) and Manjaro ended up being the most stable distro for me. It is Arch adjacent but comes with sane defaults. Then I found my-laptop specific kernels and now I am in heaven.
