I wasn’t drinking today and I shall continue to not drink.

If it makes you feel better, only 2.5 people per year died from rabies in the US, and none of them received the prophylactic treatment. 2021 was unusual in that there were 5 rabies deaths; 4 of them from bats. Having said that, ABSOLUTELY take it seriously if you get bitten by any wild animal, and if you wake up with a bat in your house as mentioned above. If you get the treatment before symptoms develop, you will be fine.

Not drinking today. Such a looong day; I’m looking forward to some chilling and knitting in the evening.

When I think of RSD, I don’t necessarily think of people reacting badly externally but instead internalizing it. The “dysphoria” part implies it makes the person feel like shit - nothing about acting or lashing out.

I’m glad! Things made sense to me too when I learned about RSD. My family always called me sensitive because I would cry or get hurt easily. Now I don’t feel like it’s some character flaw.

How is this post judging anyone else? It’s about other people who don’t understand ADHD judging us and basically saying that we don’t have this disorder we have.
