Always cool to see a thriving online community after a game’s official shutdown. All possible because the devs released a self hosted version, something increasingly rare these days. And it works on Steam Deck? Might have to check this out.

I have so many fake PS3 controllers with discolored plastic and fucked up disintegrated thumb sticks just sitting in a sad pile of e-waste at home.
Love the concept and presentation on paper. The pessimist in me expects the execution to be akin to Scribblenauts where once you have a practical solution to a problem that’s all you’ll use for 90% of the game. Also tapping through a long list of items instead of typing out the name of one sounds equally awful. I’m hoping it’s better than my assumptions.
You forgot the best one: Target-rich environment
Blows my mind that Hall effect sticks are still not simply the default technology in all controllers these days. As far as I’m aware, there are zero downsides to them.
Devastating and true.
Serious question, is there a reason to get a second controller? Couch multiplayer is not that common anymore, especially with Sony titles.
Is this controversial? I make trailers for a living and even I agree with you. Kill me.
Rad lil dudes.
I suspect the one person who said “dip nugget” was talking about something else.
You ever seen a faulty phone explode? They’re not powered by C4. Batteries that small might be deadly when they pop if you swallow the phone first.
That is not the conclusion I expected.
After a few longer trips, getting a consistent 120 miles at highway speed before it’s close to dead. No idea how many at street level speeds, but more than plenty.
Yeah, it was a hard read for me in doses of more than a handful of pages at a time. I wish I could have absorbed more of it, but the horrors just kind of wash over you after a while and that’s not the impact I think the material deserved. More of a me problem than an issue with the book, I think. It’s a great resource to reference.
I bought a used 2017 Nissan Leaf in 2019 because it had one of the best battery warranties on the market. Good thing, because I had to use that warranty this year when the capacity dropped a bunch and they upgraded me to a 40 KWh kit.
Jesus christ, everything is a fucking SUV in the US.
The tariff is in place to prevent Chinese EVs from setting up shop in the first place. Taxed at 100%, no one will buy so why bother selling here?
Didn’t stop the OpenGOAL team making the Jak & Daxter PC port.
Dude, I get anxious when I have downtime at home.
