The eu4 anbennar thing tries to address this by leaning in and exploring liberation of “monstrous” species as well as having a vast enough world where elves can be depicted as both primitive in some parts and classic eligheted trope elsewhere. There was also a crpg called arcanum that also had things like an underclass of orcs forming militant unions in a dnd but industrial revolution world. I remember this retrospective on it https://youtu.be/HMUugZ3DxH8?si=HeNGkI9Pi5vWVajg
Opinion especially among the more hardcore map Gamers has kinda turned on imperator. Played it with the big fan mod that mostly just ads flavor stuff to fill out the map and it was head and shoulders above ck2 vic3. The mechanics are really quite good.
I think banning problem users is always better than cutting off entire instances. I do feel guilty for the work it causes mods/admins.

Guess Argentina first bc beef but it was actually 🐑
Eve online, a truly horrific game.
X Edward Guo, a professor of biomedical engineering at Columbia University, said that part of the problem is that, unlike in the US, military research does sometimes take place on university campuses. “It’s not black and white … there are medical universities that also do military. But 99% of those professors are doing biomedical research and have nothing to do with the military.”.
Us University’s don’t do military research
Yes they do ???
I think its good that a news organization like the intercept actually puts it in print.

cheese as largest exported food stuff, thinking European or central asia. Developed economy with advanced manufacturing, leaning more toward Europe. No fish exports, landlocked and with the cheese guessing an alpine country. 20b seemed like a lot for Luxembourg and too little for Austria so I guessed Switzerland first.
Even in the case of libya nato went well beyond the mandate of the security council resolution.
While mostly right, very funny it indulges mh17 hoax stuff. Why is it so hard to acknowledge arming poorly trained units with advanced anti air missiles can have blow back. Look at the plane that was mistakenly shot down in Iran couple years ago. Just weird hill to die on.
You need to heat them and toss them in the seasoning so they excrete their natural oils. To help it along add a touch of neutral oil to the pan also. Nonstick wok is ideal but and non stick skillet you can toss with works.
I live in the US south these are fighting words. Comes off as condescending
Last 3 episodes were really bad. The regular show is good when they find a slate of insane ameribrained op eds to ridicule for 45 min also bc of the size of the show they have on very good guests fairly regularly. The episode recently with Ryan grim where they discussed his new book about the squad(absolutely brutal portrayal of AOC) was very good. Their interview with beirut based journalist Séamus Malekafzali was also stand out. All the spin offs that are actual passion projects are also good like others mentioned in this thread.
I don’t think you can really read to far into the primary. It basically an uncontested reelection. The comparison point to look at is 2012 Obama.
It makes the link preview show up correctly on things like discord or slack. Vxtwitter also does this and puts a in the corner
Sorry for late reply the little bell at the top didn’t have a notification.
The federal government has gained almost complete control of the national guard over the centuries because they are masters of the purse. The most notable instance of the president federalizing troops to enforce a court order was in school integration. Eisenhower federalized the Arkansas national guard and mobilized the 101st airborne to enforce the integration of the little rock nine. He did so by executive order,
"SECTION 1. I hereby authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to order into the active military service of the United States as he may deem appropriate to carry out the purposes of this Order, any or all of the units of the National Guard of the United States and of the Air National Guard of the United States within the State of Arkansas to serve in the active military service of the United States for an indefinite period and until relieved by appropriate orders. ".

The us government also used these powers to send national guard units to Iraq and Afghanistan iirc
As someone living in Texas I see so many people say this shit. Biden should have federalized the national guard yesterday and this fucking sucks.
Nothing said in this post is against a ceasefire.
