Noone is born racist.

I guess it is time to let them try thier experiment. I think we all know how it will get twisted and perverted. But Louisiana is probably already a lost cause. Maybe we should provide financial assistance to people wanting to move from a red state to a blue state… kinda like internal asylum. It should go both ways of course.

Humorous thought just occurred to me. What if the governments of the world are really a false flag operation to keep us from believing that a capable government could exist. And that there is a real one that knows about aliens and so much more… There has to be a book about that somewhere.

Individual actions, of course. But I don’t hold them responsible for trumps administration’s actions. They were tricked and continue to be so. And society falled them long ago.

It isn’t really about time, it’s about energy.

I used to think a bit on this line. But as I watched the rise of Trump I came to realize that most of his supporters were simply dupped by his lies, and manipulated because of human nature. Many aren’t bad people, but they honestly believe what they have been told. So thier crime is being human, and what turns out to be an average amount gullible. We really need to find a way to hold the leaders accountable.

I say, keep them an extra week, and let the US gov pay the fine for not noticing on departure.

Apparently they are suprised to learn that I don’t magically gain empathy over time. I was born with only a few shits to give per day, and that number ain’t going up.

I suspect they knew what he was going to say more or less.

I know a thing or two about my field, no one should believe anyone who claims to be an expert in it. No such thing exists.

I grow weary of all the attempted comparisons between streaming and cable. Even if it cost the same (streaming is still cheaper), you don’t have to call a tech to fix the dvr, which will wipe all your recordings… or pay per tv you own, rather than the number you are actually using. Of and you can watch it when you aren’t even home. Streaming is sooo many 1000’s % better than cable in soo many ways. Is it enshitifing, he’ll yeah. But still way better.

I am less concerned with his opinion, and more concerned a place invited him to speak to graduates… some of whom I assume were women.

Sadly… probably not much different if you got the help. My kid has all the help there is, since we know what it is like. The help isn’t very effective until they reach the age of reason.

On the tipping subject… it is just another way the well off designed long ago, to reinforce that the working class worked for them. Originally it was the business owner that they were targeting, to make sure they stayed dependent on the good graces of the elite. After all, back then most businesses were mom and pop shops. Now it is just out of controll, and used to increase profit margins as well as extract more cash from people who have trouble realizing the full cost.

Fees are predatory on people who are swayed by lower advertised cost. Basically, they are extorting the way many people’s brains work. It’s just another way to keep the not rich from ever catching up. Not just in dollars, but time. If you try to price compare, you have to sink a ton of time into uncovering all the fees. The rich just don’t have to worry about that. So it ends up as a time tax.

Which is why it needs to be a law all restaurants must follow, instead of a few trying.

Distinction without a difference to the point. The demand was always there. It was never induced.

You offering up better ideas? Or just complaining about the complainer?

Running for office isn’t going to help. The problem isn’t a lack of good poloticians, it’s the system that favors poloticians with views that match special interests over poloticians who’s views match the people’s.

But the demand was always there. They wanted to move, they just didn’t. So the lane didn’t induce it. The choice of that word was intentional. It was to argue against more lanes. It is really unserved demand that they just ignored originally.

Yeah, the interactions suck. But if dealt with earlier, they could have been mitigated. Same way mass transit does. Express trains. Have a highway over a highway that goes to a specific place. If you stack enough of those, people get on the one they need and go straight to where they need to get. Not realistic though unless planned in advance.
