Until you have a construction company in your country you are using foreign resources and labor and must pay for them.

Gameplay wise, there is a button that looks like a crane at the bottom right and one that looks like money, when constructing a building. The crane is for planing construction so your construction companies start constructing them.

Inside the construction company you must select where they get the resources like steel and concrete, usually you want some nearby warehouses, if you make the resources yourself make sure to fill the warehouse with them, otherwise buy them from abroad.

People, if they live close to the construction site will go to work there, if its far away you need to buy a bus in the construction site to move the people.

Bear in mind the game tells you how much working days it is needed to build any building and how many resources you need, its only if you are buying the building when money matters and the game gives you an amount based on how much the labour and resources cost.

I hope its true, but the spanish goverment has a long history of promising and not delivering.

I read somewhere that doing this lets the body recover, apparently we have some small hairy stuff inside our veins walls, and food after being converted to sugar and go throw our veins damages these walls, and they need 12 hours to recover completely. I guess you also give more time for the body to use fat as fuel and lose some weight.

Im not a doctor or anything, these “hairy stuff” is called endothelial cells, there are some studies like this one.

I have android, idk if its because its old but I cant play youtube and block the screen, the music stops and youtube tells me to play premiun to be able to do that.

I started watching star trek for the first time a few months ago and started with DS9, best decision ive done in a while, its giving me a lot of joy.

I was suicidal too some years ago, maternal abuse and fathers suicide, while having to still pass my studies.

I managed to finish my studies and then I broke down, I spent two years just smoking weed and playing videogames while thinking about death.

After taking mushrooms my depressiom improved and I was able to have enough energy to continue my life, 3 years later I feel much better and my life is a lot better too.

I hated when people told me to not do it, but now im not so sure, things really have gotten better for me in ways I would have never thought of.

I guess make sure you have looked at every option before doing anything.
