A new study rebukes notion that only men were hunters in ancient times. It found little evidence to support the idea that roles were assigned specifically to each sex. Women were not only physically capable of being hunters, but there is little evidence to support that they were not hunting.

            Emergent behaviours emerge from simple observations, the existence of exceptions to an observation isn’t a statement about the emergent behaviour of the population
