Is it worth buying the PS5 remaster for the first game or is the standard one still good? I’ve been wanting to play it for years but am hung up on spending 15 for a used PS4 version of shell out 60 for the remaster
I played the standard one when it was on PS+ after playing PS5 version of Miles Morales. You would miss the quick loading, activity cards, haptics and 60 FPS, but it was still fun and enjoyable. I platinumed it along with all the DLC.
So yeah, you can cheap out in SM1 and get even more amazed when you’ll play SM2 if you can stomach 30 FPS. RT features are cool for few minutes coz after that you just swing past the buildings not caring for how accurate the reflections are.
