I've really liked using onenote, but would like a FOSS alternative if there is one that replicates the experience. I don't need any syncing abilities, since I prefer to store locally.

And if there is a migration tool from onenote to the alternative that would be even better.

Ive recently started using JTX board…it symcs with Nextcloud and DavX5. It has a To-Do list as well.
