minus-squarePeelerSheila @beehaw.orglinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 year agoI do it similarly but I wash the rice very well, and when it’s cooked and I turn it off I place a dry teatowel between the pot and the lid to absorb the steam for 10 minutes. Awesome rice every single time.
