Spurred by the commuting troubles that followed the I-95 collapse, the move is a big step forward for the much-discussed transit line.

If this actually materializes it could be a huge deal-- I’m really skeptical about the reality of any new US subway projects but if this moves past the hearings stage it’ll be really exciting.

    It’s vaguely possible if you live in Midtown or close by, but it would be a real challenge. Even then driving and parking is still the easiest option from a time standpoint
