There are only 2 genders. Male and female. Everything else is a biological defect and can be identified as either one in most cases. I don’t know of any defect so severe, that a genetic test would fail to identify the gender.

Vast majority of humans fit nicely in male or female. Any deviation from that is a genetic mistake/anomaly. Plastics in the mother’s diet has been shown to somewhat feminize men. And perhaps for the rest of their life. Distance from butt hole to balls shrinks, penis shrinks, balls shrinks and perhaps (we don’t know for sure yet) their minds are more feminine. They are still men though. Just men who were born out of polluted sludge. Intersex people are an extremely small percentage of the population and everyone has empathy for them. Pretty sure for a majority of medical issues, you don’t need to target specific gender. But if that is the case (not to mention that argument is a total red herring), following your own logic, wouldn’t better understanding of one’s characteristic in terms of gender help with assessing medical procedures?
