Cloudflare masks the origin of roughly 10% of abusive domains, watchdog says.

Cloud flare literally runs most of the internet, i don’t think this is the right address to complain about some domains, they don’t select who they serve they operate on black not white list. And most stuff on the black list is there due to lawsuits.
