Confict between Iran and the west does not need to be settled in Gazan hospitals. But it would appear that none of the the Palestinian’s Muslim neighbors seem to care about the average Palestinian or even want help find a peaceful solution to the problem. Instead, their general actions seem to for the genocide as much as the Zionists.
