    I know various people who have been going on vacation to Croatia for years. Was already somewhat popular destination for Austrians.

    The amount of tourists has skyrocketed so much in the last 5 years that it’s not fun anymore in parts of the coast. Mass tourism, people going there just to drink themselves to oblivion etc.
