I wouldn’t spend a whole lot on a non stick pan. They will always wear out eventually, even if your lucky and no one takes a knife to them.

I have a OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 12" Open Frypan. It’s now $59.99, which I think is a lot for a non stick pan. It’s also not induction compatible. It was the winner in America’s test kitchen’s testing.

Out of those options I’d probably go with the Tramontina in 12". ATK rated it as recommended with reservations, but it’s so much more reasonably priced than the others.

Try out a carbon steel pan if you get the chance. They don’t work for super acidic food, but they work beautifully for a lot of things, including crepes. I still can’t get eggs to work well in mine though.
