Bob Marley, the uncontested King Of Reggae, died of a brain tumor at the age of 36. Seven months earlier he had collapsed on stage during a concert in the US. He was given a state funeral and buried near his birthplace in St. Ann’s Parish, Jamaica. His last words were reported to have been, “Money can’t buy life.”

Bob Marley died of skin cancer, not a brain tumor. It started in his toe and he could have easily lived, but he refused amputation because of his faith, and it eventually spread through his whole body.

If he actually spent his money on something like medical care, it is probable that money could have, in fact, bought life.

      roots ROCK reggae*

Besides, the mark he left on music influenced countless artists and bands. Classic Rock doesn’t need to be pigeonholed to bands like Zeppelin and The Beatles.

oh i see, because it has “rock” in one of the song names. In that case you should post “Rock with you” by Michael Jackson next. or “Just wanna Rock” by lil Uzi vert. Why not “Party rock”?
