What hardware / software mods have y’all done? Just put a 1tb drive in mine.
Nice! Haven’t gotten a Steam Deck yet, but it’s so tempting to have my library easily accessible. A part of me just wants to wait and see if the Deck goes down the same route as the Oculus R-- er…I mean, Meta Quest and have constant tweaks and improvements being released as seperate models.
How moddable is the hardware really? I’d imagine that the chassis makes for a really cramped build space and I’ve heard that it’s already decently hefty.
I’ve seen a bunch of mods out there. From sad swap to Hall effect joysticks. And I’m sure it will continue to grow. Valve has stated they aren’t releasing a new deck model for a long time.

How close are you to filling the 1TB drive? I feel like I would need more than that…
I currently have the 1tb sad and a 1tb sad card and have like 120 games installed with 1.2 tb to spare including the countless rims I have downloaded. I don’t see space being an issue but it all depends on your game install sizes.
