They fail to realize that the moral dilemma does not extend to only the concept of voting, but also extends to evaluating the system itself, and if the system is giving you ‘Turbo Hitler’ and ‘Mecha Hitler’, you are not obliged to vote for either but instead to tear down the system which gave you those two options
