News / Pretendo Network: Pretendo is now available for unmodded Wii U consoles

@pretendo has announced a brand new update to the #WiiU guide that allows unmodded consoles to use the Pretendo Network.

Limited services are available for unmodded users but it requires using a custom DNS, using a process relatively similar to setting up something like Wiimmfi or Sudomemo on a DS.

    Hi, just so people see this, SSSL is temporarily unavailable.

    It’s been having issues for Splatoon since Pretendo moved from Nintendo’s BOSS servers to Pretendo ones that OatmealDome helped design.

    I’m tempted to put Pretendo’s announcements in our Matrix/Discord spaces in some way so people remain notified.
