The first INIT Triumvirate:

To overcome opposition of systemd, three Penguin statesmen - Red Haetar, Archus and Ubuntey - form a political alliance, effectively seizing power of the Tux Republic and establishing systemd supremacy in the entire region for several years. Following an uprising in Tuxatania, Archus is killed and the balance of power is shifted among the two remaining statesmen. While Red Haetar moves to conquer BOTania, Ubuntey forms alliances to counter-balance Haetar’s growing power, eventually resulting in a full civil war.
