This isn’t meaningfully different than how the US political mainstream already defines “terrorist”: an enemy ethnic group exempt from legal protections afforded to white Americans. The only thing that distinguishes him from the Republican mainstream and a majority of Democrats is that he doesn’t do the GWB style “aw shucks of course our global crusade against Islam for the Lord doesn’t mean all Muslims are bad… 😉” performance.
