      I really liked it as a kid as well. I still think about “I WANT A GTR!” “If you had a GTR you’d be dead” once in awhile

      I did the mistake of watching the anime before watching the live action movie, and hated it.

        They are very different in style. I also watched the anime first, but enough time passed between watching that I didn’t care. His best friend in the movie is an idiot and was very annoying.
