It was also ruled by a German court that it is legal to call that same convicted guy a nazi. This is the same party who held a conference in Potsdam close to Wannsee to deport people deemed not „German“ enough to Africa. Maybe the location and topic ring a bell to those familiar with Nazi history.
For those who are not: The Wannsee-Konferenz during the nazi time was considered the beginning of the holocaust where the Nazis discussed the „final solution of the Jew-question“.
