The one that wants to lose.
They knew they are not capable of handling the recession that was the result of a messy brexit and amplified by covid.
And people only voted for brexit because of xenophobia towards immigrants not because they had an €8 billion bar tab. Because the UK has lost trillions in lost human resources and lost demand
Because apparently no one understands how economics works.
And if you cut the world off from you, you also get cut off from the world.
Now people are waiting for years to get treated at NHS because they drove away most of the good doctors and nurses

Because they are going into elections. New laws cannot be passed right now. It’s only like an executive order that’s only in place until new government forms.
