So yeah. That guy needs to lose his commercial license, charged with reckless endangerment (or similar) and the company needs to be sued for allowing them to leave a work site like that.

Somebody on another thread said it’s a hydraulic failure. If the hydraulics leak a little the bed will slowly raise. Maybe they need a big blinking light on the dash that let’s the driver know when the bed is up.
