Do any of them take a while to get hot? I have a D4K with 5700K dd 519as and boost driver, and anything over medium brightness makes the flashlight hot quick, and high is hot in like 5 seconds.

The beam is beautiful and all but I find myself reaching for the Zebras 9/10 times because they take longer to get hot.

D4SV2 has alot of thermal mass and doesn’t get hot as quickly as most of hanks lights. K1 is also fairly good at dissipating heat

Nice, I have the sbt90.2 also, I love it. I want to get another k1, not sure what emitter tho, maybe w2 or sft 40.

If your capable of flowing your own emitters the sft70 and boost driver combo works well. Visually it’s slightly weaker than the sbt90.2 but will run for hours

Awesome collection! What emitters in the DT8s and the D4S? I still need to add those models to my collection and I can’t decide how to option them
