Biden is in panic mode. Which Trump was in office, the country was running well. I’d like to go back to those times when I didn’t have inflation blowing my budget.

The Democrats are so afraid they’ll lose to Trump.

Imagine still having this dumb of a take in 2024.

When does it become socially acceptable to openly mock conservatives to their face? Can we start treating the children in the room as they selfish, self-centered, filth-spewing morons they’ve proven to be, or are we still going to insist on being polite?

You said so much but said so little. Typical liberal. You try to go all edge lord but don’t address the topic once.

You don’t think the democrats are worried about Trump ?

      Warning for violation of #1.

We’re still going to insist on treating people not like they’re mindless idiots, but rather as having experiences that lead them to believe what they do.

Why are we wasting time saying “could” the man is literally promising to destroy democracy as we know it.

Biden is allowing our destruction through illegal immigration. He is a hypocrite.

C’mon man, Biden is ultimately feckless. His career is nothing short of impressive and all ageism aside, he understands where this country is and needs to go in the coming years. I don’t see how illegal immigration is such a big problem, it’s gone on at a more or less steady pace since the '80s. Maybe consider your racism and how it leaks into your accusatory nature. Get a grip, and stop voting for the faschists

What about my comment made you think I’m anything other than absolutely serious about the future of the country? Turns out the media is right- if nitwits choose to vote for fascists we’ll be literally under the fourth Reich of Hitler and here you are double-checking the Earth’s curvature smdh. Man get a grip

Hey there, OP! You still haven’t addressed this from our last interaction, about the Presidency being covered by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution:

      https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/lsb/lsb10569

      Specifically:

One scholar notes that the drafting history of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment suggests that the office of the President is covered:

During the debate on Section Three, one Senator asked why ex-Confederates “may be elected President or Vice President of the United States, and why did you all omit to exclude them? I do not understand them to be excluded from the privilege of holding the two highest offices in the gift of the nation.” Another Senator replied that the lack of specific language on the Presidency and Vice- Presidency was irrelevant: “Let me call the Senator’s attention to the words ‘or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States.’”

I’ll highlight that last bit again:

Another Senator replied that the lack of specific language on the Presidency and Vice- Presidency was irrelevant: “Let me call the Senator’s attention to the words ‘or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States.’”

That is from this paper: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3748639

So does that satisfy your curiosity, or are you still going to run around asking why every government role wasn’t listed in this section? Because it’s kinda hard to believe you stand for any kind of law or order, when you dismiss the foundation of all law and order in this country that is the Constitution and oppose its application in our society.

I never questioned that so I have no clue what you are going on about. Are you confused on who you were speaking with ?

Aw, what was uncivil about my post? All I did was point out that Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment expressly includes the office of the President!

      See? Nothing uncivil 😊
