remove siding jack up house remove rotted material (rim joist and sill plate) and replace with pressure treated wood replace siding install subfloor (10 sq ft or so with some cutting) High but not ultra high COL area

Like there will be an inspector that comes by as part of this cost and they say, “yep looks good!” If this is under the table or otherwise avoiding being up to code, I think it’s high.
